“Knitting: The New me”
‘Breaking Social Isolation and Promoting Social Connection’.
The community engagement project “Knitting: The new me” will be launch during ‘Week without Violence’.
Launch date: 18th October 2021
Project closure will be during:
16 days of activism against gender-based violence
Through this project, DBSV aims to:
Raise community awareness against family violence
Promote social connection
Sharing survival story
Strengthen overall mental and physical well-being
Training, knitting yarn and needles are provided.
You will be imprinting your messages in each knitting patch.
