Didi Bahini Samaj Victoria (DBSV) is organising a “Be the Best” program to promote mental health, spiritual health and well being of Nepalese women living in Knox. This “Nepalese women Health and Wellbeing Program 2019” program runs every Saturday morning at 8 am and includes
yoga
dance
support group
The program is running for 15 weeks and attracted many women to participate.
The program is funded by Knox City Council, and also includes a health and well being workshop focusing on the contemporary issues faced by Nepalese community in Australian context. Please come along for an interactive brainstorming session and share your views on any subject that matters to you.
